The questions firms ask before they sign.
If yours is not here, the demo is the place to ask it. Thirty minutes, no slides, and your own meeting types on the screen.
- Who counts as a manager?
- Anyone whose one-to-ones Veloras reads. A director who runs monthly reviews with three team managers is a manager for that purpose. The consultants on the other side of the table are the subject of the conversation, not users, and are never charged for.
- Can we start with one desk?
- Yes, and most firms do. Starter covers up to ten managers, and the calibration is the same whether you bring two or twenty. Adding managers later moves you to the next tier at the lower price.
- What does onboarding cost?
- Nothing beyond the subscription while we are in early access. The discovery call, the framework write-up and the calibration pack are part of getting you live, because a firm graded against a framework it never corrected is not a customer for long.
- What happens to the transcripts?
- They belong to your firm and are used to grade your meetings and coach your managers. They are never handed to a model provider to train their models. Using anonymised material to improve Veloras’s own grading is a separate written opt-in, off unless your firm turns it on. How long each kind of data is kept is set in your settings, and if you leave, your data is exported to you and then deleted.
